At Ingredients they encourage you to bring your own reusable containers to shop in their large bulk food area. They have everything from fresh local produce to healthy skin care products and household cleaning products. When you are purchasing from Ingredients, 40 cents for every 20 dollars spent is donated to charity. The Apple Cafe has a delicious menu for a variety of different dietary needs. They are 99 percent garbage free and even make their own almond milk from organic almonds so there is no throw away tetra packs. Kitchen scraps are taken home to their family chickens and pot-bellied pig. Now that's what I call recycling!
