Alchemy Fashions offers clothing made from organic cotton, "eco-rayon", and recycled sari clothing.

The company owner travels to India twice each year where she purchases used silk saris and recycles them into beautiful garments. She has been going to India for many years and has developed great business relations and pays fairly for labour and material obtained there. In fact, she usually pays double, or even triple, the local wages to her tailors, ensuring them a true "living wage".

The attention to quality is reflected in the pieces themselves. She wants tailors to feel pride in their work, and contribute to the good energy required to produce an Alchemy original. That's why you'll find written on Alchemy tags and labels "MADE IN INDIA WITH LOVE".
