Camels Back Construction is Ontario’s first straw bale building company. We are committed to using Green Building methods and materials that are as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible. We handle the framing, straw bale work and plastering, and we work closely with homeowners to ensure that the construction meets their needs and desires.

Straw bale houses not only look nice, but they are environmentally sound, sturdy and Energy Efficient. Our goal is to design and build you the house of your dreams, while taking into careful consideration your budget, energy conservation, the landscape and overall environmental friendliness.

We have built residential and commercial buildings here in Canada as well as in Haiti through Builders Without Borders. We look forward to creating more green architecture and design as we go into the future.
