MicroFIT

The MicroFIT program that we promote is part of the Ontario Power Authority's (OPA) Feed-In-Tariff (FIT) program in Ontario, Canada. It is designed to provide incentive for community groups, companies and people to develop small-scale renewable Energy projects in the province.

The OPA enters into a two-decade contract with project owners, paying them a fixed price for the Electricity they produce and sell to the province's power grid. Recently, OPA reviewed the terms of the microFIT program and has now announced some changes. For details, please contact us through the online form to the right.
