How to Request a Review

It is necessary to request a review within thirty days of obtaining your copy of a written EPCO or within thirty days of receiving an oral order. This time limit for filing a request for a review may be made longer by the Chief Review Officer in circumstances where it would be in the public interest to do so.

Most of the times, nevertheless, you should not rely on receiving an extension. The EPCO will be reviewed much sooner if your application for a review is done sooner. Please contact Environmental Protection Review Canada through the box on the right for more details on how to request a review.
