Environmental Legal Aid

The Canadian Environmental Law Association, or CELA, offers environmental legal aid for those who have been harmed by pollution, and also utilises strategies to prevent further damage caused by pollution and other Environmental Issues.

Our focus is on the disadvantaged, low-income and other segments of society who might not have access to legal aid. Through some of our high-profile cases, we have been able to make a difference in government-sanctioned guidelines and laws. Our main concern is achieving equity, justice and Health for our clients.
