Chambar Restaurant, located near downtown Vancouver, offers carbon neutral fine dining. We uphold our commitment, not only to providing fresh, innovative recipes that our guests love, but also to the environment. Since 2011, we have been carbon neutral, and we continue to upgrade our environmental practices in order to be as green and eco-friendly as possible.

Some of the ways that we minimise our impact on the environment include Composting; using only recycled paper products; using only certified, environmentally friendly cleaning products; and recycling extensively. We are socially responsible as well, supporting local suppliers and using only Oceanwise certified seafood.
