NatureBuilt Wall System

NatureBuilt Wall Systems was founded in 2009. As the name indicates, NatureBuilt focuses primarily on building environmentally friendly, air-tight, R-40 exterior walls, but we are also able to offer a full design/build package.  While we have experience in traditional site-built straw bale construction (visit our photo gallery) we are moving towards a more commercialized system for construction by building modular straw bale wall units.  By doing so, we are able to create a flatter, more consistent wall at a lower cost to the builder. Our wall systems are prefabricated off-site in a controlled environment to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.  The walls are a fixed 16" final thickness, of which14" are insulation. The lengths and heights of the walls are variable.  Doors and windows are framed in between the wall units on-site.  Ideal projects for this system include: residential, outbuildings, small commercial and institutional buildings.
